It is finished.

We did it. We closed on the house today. Signed our life away, and all that. So we are now officially homeowners.
To do this weekend:
- Buy/install blinds.
- Order fridge, washer and dryer.
- Seal the grout for all the tile. (Why didn’t the builder do that?! I dunno… but he made it a point to tell us that he didn’t, and that we would have to.)
- Dump a car-load of miscellaneous stuff over at the new house, to get it out of our living room.
To do next weekend:
- Move.

We’re buying a new house! Hooray! We’re scheduled to close on Feb. 28, and shortly thereafter we will finally be moving out of the apartment we’re in now.
Here’s a pic of the “curb appeal,” or something. We’re so excited!!!
