The phone company guy came out yesterday and installed our DSL line. He said everything was hooked up and working, all there was left to do was tell the phone company to turn the service on, and come give us the modem. So hopefully DSL will be actually up and running sometime early next week. This makes me happy like a fox!!! No more of this coming up to school to use internet anymore. Yayness!!!

Ok, that's all I wanted to say, I'm done now.

Nope, not Yahoo. We got it through NTS, because it's about $20/mo cheaper than going through SBC-Yahoo, or Cox Cable. Besides, I wouldn't touch Yahoo with someone else's ten foot pole. They're all a bunch of money-hungry advertisement whores.

Good you didn't get Yahoo.... Stupid 1337  H4ck3r's joined up with SBC... Now whats SBC stand for?  Some Bitch Company?  I dunno but there always aiming to rip people off... Don't mess them of Cinglar (sp?) Wireless (also SBC)... err, everyone I know who gets them is at leat had an attempt to be ripped off made one them.

"Oh, you said you wanted DSL... I thought you wanted the full package.  Um you can keep it for $200 a month, or if need be we can charge you $50 to downgrade you to your DSL plan..." Plus it dosent help they offered me 1,200 KPM and really gave me 200 KBM, then told me it was a great deal anyway and I 'should have' been told that the Bitrate depends on location.
