if yhou'd have read that correctly, you would see that he said a 10grand tax on THE HOSPITAL that performs the procedure--the American Tax payer will be the one who suffers. I'll be paying for abortions in Texas.

There has been alot about the American Government complaining about "violent video games" Especially Jack Thompson. What he dosen't realise is he put forward his "bill" to Arnold Schwarzenegger, the guy who starred in a bunch of violent action films that could have just as easily influenced minors as a "violent video game"
So I can't see what they are trying to accomplish, other than to piss off the Games Industry, which makes them alot of money to be fair.

Hurp dongs.... The hospital has to pay the tax to the goverment... Which means hospitals WONT be giving abortions unless they charge $10,000+

God I hate the "Sin Tax" They tried some shit in Missouri where you would have to pay five bucks any time you went into an establishment that had more than 40 per cent of its product porn. And no touching at strip clubs. And you have to be 15 feet away from them. And no stripping.
That got shot down fast though. So yay Missouri Supreme Court.

Get off your moral high horse and grow up. Sex does not equal AIDS. Unprotected sex increases your chance, yes, but having sex doesn't mean you get AIDS. Besides, last I checked no one caught AIDS from watching a stripper.
