You must have manually changed their userrow or something. It happens when someone has zero as their max HP, MP or TP. The status bars try to divide current into max, and can't because max is zero. This causes a PHP error, which in turn causes an XML error since the server sent an error message before the game tried to send its own XML header.
Fix whatever userrows you jacked with, and it'll be fine.
