Dreamhost apparently had multiple pieces of their network fail at various points over the weekend, and they're still in the process of getting everything back up and running. So if you haven't been able to get to the site all day, sorry about that. It seems to be working mostly on par currently, but it may go down again depending on what goes on with their new equipment. So please be patient.

I can honestly say no problems. when on a t1 connection though, you seem not to have many problems.

i was on 6meg dsl and earlier today it was like i was on 28.8

or the site wouldnt load at all.

im on comcast highspeed internet and man it can take for ever or not even load, it makes me feel like im using DSL

you are probably getting 4-5 with the possibility of dropping durrnig peak hours.

actually no im not, i always have connection and i do not use wireless i have a wire from my router to my pc so it is gaurenteed

no it isnt.

garanteed means the speed is garanteed to be at that rate. comcast has no speed garantees because of how cable itself works.

with the way cable internet works, the more people in your local area/neighborhood that have comcast and that are on it will slow down YOUR connection and there is nothign you can do about it.

if i see my connection EVER dropping below 6 meg i can call and they will find out.

HAHA! Youre wrong aswell. Your internet, no matter HOW you connect to it, will always be effected by the load of the network. Even if youre the only person in your city connected to the internet, if there are tonnes of other people connecting to your ISP then it will slow down.

Regardless, my 36kbps dial up connection at home beats all your asses down single handed and with no fingers.

in the commercials they say that comcast is like 3x faster then dsl and 6x faster then dial-up and well how come comcast gaurentees that if there connection isnt good at all?
