As should be obvious by now, I've upgraded the main forums to the latest beta of Threads 7. It's getting pretty stable, and I was getting pretty antsy to upgrade.
Nearly everything imported flawlessly. The only two exceptions that I've found so far, are if you uploaded your avatar to my server, you'll need to re-upload it, as for some reason it lost these. If you were using external avatars, this shouldn't be an issue. And also, for some reason, if your signature was on more than one line, it seems to have stripped out all the newline characters. So you'll need to go in and fix that as well.
But other than that, I can't find anything else that didn't go correctly. Not specifically related to the import, but more of a general issue with the new program... is if in any post you linked to another post, those links may no longer be accurate. I *THINK* the program is supposed to automatically catch old links and refresh you accordingly, but I'm not absolutely sure about that. If they don't work, I'm sure it won't be long before someone figures out a mod_rewrite script to update them as needed anyway.
Anyhoo... enjoy. Lots of really cool new features here. Check out the posting page for all the fun dropdown menus and options and AJAXy goodness.

I dont like it at the top how it says myspace. It reminds of that thing I really really hate on the interweb.
Also it didnt record all the newly posted in posts since my last visit.
Also your bitch and moan bar seems to be one line too long.

Also, it isnt updating the users online bar on the left. Also, unless youve given me the power to do so, I shouldnt have the option to delete your shout box posts.

Ok, new post/thread tracking aside, can you make the little icon that shows when there are new posts in a forum MUCH more different than the others. A tiny touch of lightness to your green doesnt stand out. I have to strain to see which forums have new posts in them. And once I enter into forum, I have no idea which one has new stuff in it.
For some reason on my shoutbox the first message is at the top and you need to scroll up to see it
