I've tried to make an ordinary movement cost TP, just to tense the hit down on hardcore players. BUT... oh yes is always a BUT ... after get everything done i can't move and TP are auto incremented with a random number. If someone already did this kind of mod please mail it to me at HERE . THX !

I really really hope you didn't go through alot of trouble for this. This is all your need to do.
Open explore.php
Find this line or one like it
$updatequery = doquery("UPDATE {{table}} SET $action latitude='$latitude', longitude='$longitude', currentfat=currentfat+$run,templist='0', location='Exploring', dropcode='0', dropcode2='0' WHERE id='".$userrow["id"]."' LIMIT 1", "users");
Change to this
$updatequery = doquery("UPDATE {{table}} SET $action latitude='$latitude', longitude='$longitude', currentfat=currentfat+$run,templist='0', location='Exploring', dropcode='0', dropcode2='0', currenttp=currenttp-1 WHERE id='".$userrow["id"]."' LIMIT 1", "users");
Then it will work, but also to ensure everything goes correctly and you don't get a division by zero, you can add a tp block.
if($userrow["currenttp" == 0){ header("Location: index.php?do=qitem:79"); die(); }

or there is discussion on making the server refresh everyone stats every 5 mins or so.. i believe this would be a great mod if you were to incorporate that aspect too.

wrong.. Mafiadeath.com is an excellent game that runs on real time..
there are plenty that do this.
maybe even after the tp runs out put a time stamp that states the time that their tp will replenish.
If anyone wants to help me develop this i dont see why it would be such a bad idea?

Browser games, games that run from your browser, not from java or anything similar.
Real time, as in updating your game every couple seconds for pure stats.
Things like utopia, nukezone, that have hourly updates, is ok.. Things like my shop mod for DS is ok... But dont try to incorporate full real time aspects.

dear ones :)) I think it will be best if someone will develop such a mod because it will make some equality between ordinary player and a hardcore player. a hardcore player will get bored after 2 days and it will get to the level 80 for eq. and the ordinary player will get bitted an PvP for eq. You'll get the picture. Thx!!

no no.. thats not what i ment..
i ment something just like you said. just replenishing every so often. that way ppl dont abuse the inn for things like tp.
