I'm working on an admin section and I'm almost finished.
But in my edit item prefixes/suffixes sections...When I try to update the field "unique", the database picks it up as the mysql UNIQUE. Took me forever to figure out why it wasn't working.

UPDATE <<itemprefixes>> SET unique='$unique' WHERE id='$id' LIMIT 1
Doesn't work $\:\($

Possible that UNIQUE is one of those sql key words that are reserved for stuff. Happened to me once. There is something you can do to fix it I think. i cant remember. Or you could just rename the column.

Use "tablename.column" - in this case, UPDATE <<itemprefixes>> SET <<itemprefixes>>.unique='$unique' WHERE id='$id' LIMIT 1.

That should fix it. If it doesn't, then, um, I guess you'll need to rename the column or something.

Well, it didn't work. I guess I'll just leave the field alone and edit it manually in the database.

Thanks for the help though.

The admin section isn't fancy with selection boxes and whatnot. Just a bunch of input fields. I'll slap together the Add ... sections soon and upload the completed admin file somewhere.
