I have a couple of quick questions.

Am I allowed to move the "Powered by Dragon Knight © renderse7n" line as long as it's still clearly visible? (basically I want to move it over a cell)

Can I remove the DK version number? Mainly for security reasons, but also because I've made bunch of mods so it's not the same version anymore.

Am I allowed to claim copyright on the changes I've made or do derivative works belong solely to se7enet/Jamin?

Thanks

Generally as long as the original copyright line and link are unchanged and visible in all page output, you can move them where you want them.

And you're more than welcome to add your own (eg. "mods (c) by such-and-such") line in addition to the original one. Just as long as you don't replace it, you're good.

BUT you cannot display the copyright symbol (c) on your website without filing a Form TX. Or else your website will be shut down by the copyright office and you will be charged a fine.

Maybe you can't display the copyright symbol on your site without filling in a form... all I do is type © (©) and it appears fine.

Everything is movable in DS except the copy right at the bottom.

Since you have every piece of coding, it means it COULD be changed. Tho it is illegal to change, it can be done.

Follies, shut up. Technically you COULD build a bridge to the moon with Mexicans, not only is it difficult, its also ILLEGAL.

You CAN NOT move the copy right information from the bottom of the page in DS.

Indeed.

In principle, this would be allowed. However, doing so would require reverse engineering of the encrypted lib.php file, which is specifically prohibited by the license. Ergo, no, the copyright notice in Scourge is fixed and cannot be moved.
