SCUD248 is based on a book I wrote about 10 years ago.
This is a fresh take on DK. Great script by the way.
I have modified the script by adding many things to improve game play. I have also modified the theme to fit the game better.
So if you feel like beta testing the game, great.
If not, okay.

Nice going on making it an illegal website.

As stated in the LAW, all content is my property and is proetced under copyright laws.
I have given credit to the code creator and the code copyright is listed on the help page.
You should really stop with the whole "illegal website" thing.
This is the same thing I posted in the FAQ.
If I add names and content to my site, it is then my copyright according to the the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998.
The script and code are your property and you do own the copyright for the script and code. However, if I add my pictures and content, the pictures and content are my property and I hold the copyright for said content.
The powered by tag would then remain yet the copyright tag should be changed to reflect ownership of content.

Played the game a bit, but stoped playing because I was bored and wanted to draw.
But: there is a bug in the locker thing. It said I had to pay 5 oxygen to try it, and that I had one right and won 10 oxygen. My small brain calculated this: 100 - 5 + 10 = 105. But after I won I only had 90! :S

But I digress, YOU are NOT the holder of the copyright for the code. Only the coder can ask me to change the way the copyright is displayed. And IF I feel like being generous I might comply.
Hold up there. We get this sort of thing all the time, mostly little kiddies trying to avoid telling people that they werent the brilliant masterminds behind their incredibly lame script. The Supplier of the code has supplied his legal requirements, we are here to try and keep that law. The police dont make the rules, they just enforce them for the law makers.
With all of this in mind, He has the powered by item there, full credit is given on every page, and the help page has the associated links back to DK. Even I changed the copy right code back in my DK days, but left the powered by notice in place. I even hacked the crap out of the bar and reorganised it. As long as it remains in the exact wording of "Powered by Dragon Knight by renderse7en", then it is fine. Jamin has even said a couple times that the only thing that is a 100% must is that you dont change that line. Which is what has been done here.
This is legit.
On topic, I feel this game could go places, I also feel you need to redesign the layout.

This was a good point. I did bad math. It is fixed now.

On topic, I feel this game could go places, I also feel you need to redesign the layout.
Layout has been changed.
Now uses icons and a top row menu.
