I want you to take a look at the following pictures, and see if you can tell a difference...
PICTURE ONE:

PICTURE TWO:

"One of these things is not like the other... one of these things just doesn't belong..."
As with pretty much every other standardized data format, Microsoft has done a shitty job attempting to make their browser compliant with it. What we see here is Internet Exploder's inability to handle 24-bit alpha-blended PNG files.
So, here are three possible scenarios.
ONE: You're using Internet Explorer and you think the top image looks better. In this case, continue to use IE. But please, do the gene pool a favor and have yourself chemically sterilized. We don't need any little yous running around.
TWO: You're using Internet Explorer, and you think the bottom image looks better. This one is really easy to solve. Get Firefox, for gravy's sake! Is it really that hard for you?
THREE: You're already using Firefox, so you don't really have to worry about this little quiz. Good for you. Go, then, and tell the people about these things you have seen.

FF of course looks way better.
but i find it quite odd to make a site that requires a browser that roughly 20% of all internet surfers use to display correctly. i am all for promoting firefox. but just doesnt seem like a wise move to purposely make ur site look weirded out when %80 of the surfers get here.

I think the both look good, but I'm using Firefox. The bottom does look cool, I wish I could something like this.

To tell truth im not sure. But when in Aspx you use a meta telling the browser what .net framework you're using and in FF i get problems when I use the meta for Visual Basic.Net framework. I think I mislead with words, I've had no problem with Asp, just Asp.net/Aspx.
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 7.1">
<meta name="ProgId" content="VisualStudio.HTML">
<meta name="Originator" content="Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 7.1">
Such tags like that cause me problems in both FF and Netscape, but not in Opera or IE. Asp is just a server-side scripting language yea, Aspx/Asp.net is an application devloping material, but one that can be used to build web apps like a text-based game.
Maybe it's just a problem my end, but because I've no idea what, I just stick to IE when im playing with .Net.
I'm still gonna wonder forever why y'all hate IE so much. I've only encountered 1 problem in IE with DK, that was the compass. And isn't IE better far as the w3 standards go?

Obviously you havnt used the internet extensivly enough to understand how wrong your statement is... To the general user and retard who doesnt care what happens to their computer or even knows how to use it, IE is fine. But many user issues Ive had to resolve, be it game wise or work wise have been resolved with the switch of browsers.
