You know, I had a Digital Camera, so I could have done so also. I never did, and come to think of it, I can't really think of the reason why I didn't. It could have been because I suck as a boyfriend, but honestly how well can you treat your girlfriend? Well, you haven't heard about the child rape in some other countries (granted that it does happen in the US, but it is illegal to do so) and the mass killings that happen in others (Iraq anyone?).
I would rather in a country where the illusion of freedom is given, instead of one that gives no freedom (China is an example, but they are getting somewhat better) and you have to fight every moment to survive (some parts of Africa, anyone? Or a Christian in the Middle East, but you could question why any sane person who is not of muslim faith would be in the Middle East).
The whole problem is that unless you live in outer space, there most be some form of rule and punishment system or chaos will rule and that would be hell.
